Dish Online - Fat Head - Watch online from Gravitas

I made a post a while ago about this documentary I had watched. This is that documentary.

It's about a man who loses weight and improves his overall health on a diet of fast food. He does it by restricting his intake of carbohydrates.

He manages to prove that everything they've been telling us for the past 30 or so years is a huge lie. Cutting fat from your diet actually ends up putting your heart at risk.

What you should do is avoid eating breads, pastas, grains, starches (rice, corn, potato) and chemically extracted oils.

You should stick to eating things such as meat, Non-starchy vegetables, fruits, and animal products. You should cook with butter, lard, and coconut oil.

You should also combine all of this with exercise, because no matter how fat you are, you are always healthier when you are active.

I think I'm going to try living on this diet and see how things turn out.
